EI Speaks at RavenCon

April Michelle Davis spoke at RavenCon in Chesterfield, Virginia, on April 26 and 27. April Michelle led the attendees who signed up or her workshop through a series of steps in Working with an Editor: The Editorial Process, a workshop designed by April Michelle for authors, writers, and other publishing professionals. April Michelle shared her first-hand knowledge and experiences as a professional editor regarding what to look for in an editor and what the editor can do to assist in the process with the participants by capturing their attention and entertaining a topic of importance and interest to the group.

In the workshop held Sunday, April Michelle Davis shared her own 10 points to critiquing your manuscript. April Michelle demonstrated these points by applying them directly to the famous story Wizard of Oz. April Michelle’s concepts are timeless yet out-of-the box, professional yet unique to the industry. Once you begin to use April Michelle’s well-developed and thought-out 10 points on your own work, you too will have a head start and a clear advantage over other authors when you begin to work with an editor.
