EI Publishes Small Business Article
April Michelle Davis wrote an article published for Write Now Editing about her freelance business needs. April Michelle realized early on in her career as a freelancer that she had outgrown the capabilities that Microsoft Excel offered. April Michelle was looking for a program where information would be organized in the fashion that met her needs and would be all encompassing to prevent oversights—all this information in one place to save time, maximize efficiency, and be a safe and secure storage facility.
April Michelle and her IT staff developed a database where she could view complete client relationships or spreadsheets of expenses that could be grouped as ongoing accounts payables and monies due from clients for current projects in different stages and for completed projects as ongoing account receivable. And invoices customized with her company name and logo, and reports modified to her business needs. All these points of customer contact have evolved and become EZRA (Easy Relationship Application). April Michelle believes in paying forward and has made this program available to other small business owners.
